to move forward again!
First, back in the early 90's I was a professional found object, mixed media artist on both canvas and jewelry; and had a very successful gallery in downtown Houston. But, I was getting tired of the traffic here in Houston and while they were redoing the major interstate....my hubby and I decided to move my showroom closer to home.
So, on April 9th, 2007....we moved and opened the showroom just around the corner from our home. I also was busy with my own design line that I sold wholesale and had a rep AND a showroom in downtown Los Angeles for which I created and sold to celebrities. You can imagine how "burned out" I started to become.
I never set out to be a boutique owner, but Yaya Chique (home of debi lynn designs) took a life of its own. To make a looooong story short.... I have decided to return to my roots of creative art, jewels, fashion and home decor.
I am so excited to show you the start of the redesign of my showroom, where you will find over 95% of the products either designed by me and my son from jewels, to fashion to home decor----Lots of TRUE vintage and vintage inspired.
I will also be offering found object jewelry and junk journal art workshops in my private studio, where my ladies will be able to create using MY vintage stash!
Make sure you follow me over on our Facebook page, cause that is where I try to keep everyone up to date on new products and workshops!
Until next time....have fun creating! xoxo Debi
